@Meowmy I'm just finishing off a hazelnut latte and checking emails. It's a miserable wet old day here in my patch of the Swan today.

I was tempted to squirt some dish washing liquid on my car and let the rain do the rest 🤣

@ENKELI hey Enkeli,  so smart re rain wash car ha ha. I went to a first people lights art show in the botanical Gardens last night. Was very good. It lasted two hours. But today I sm anxious ha. Will get over

aww @Meowmy sorry to hear you're feeling anxious today. It's such a horrid feeling isn't it? I am praying you feel better soon.  I think of all the feelings caused by mental illness, anxiety is the worst. Look after yourself sweetie 🫂

I'm staying strong in attacks from my mother which weirdly were happening when @ENKELI was writing about her ex friend. 

The mistake from my therapist that I was trying to work out with you helped me right now. 

Isn't it weird when your in the midst of not drowning from the mother everything else - any type of other issue all kind of match just a little bit as the original one.

oooh lush!! My fav scent by a long shot!! I think cos we had one in our back yard growing up. Smell is the sense most closely tied to memory! For my mum it's the smell of wattle 😊
