Yes, I’ve also been through numerous different counsellors/psychologists in the past and none of them were great and up to my standards... even my counsellor I had back in high school I hated her (and she knows that I hate her by the way)
I had a clinician once who was really horrible as she acted like everything I did that I complained to her about was my fault and yes the way she was being super dismissive and invalidated me by being rude to me really made me angry and ever since our first session I’ve decided not to continue speaking with her.
my current counsellor (who is autistic like me) is now my one and only favourite therapist that I’m now glad to have!! ❤️
