I just got one down @Bunniekins  not the taste so much , but its setting really quickly plus can never get all the lumps out re shakes

@TAB  ahhh you know what you need to get the lumps out.  these metal swirls that fit in the shaker.  they work wonders for me.

I don't know how to do that on this forum @Bunniekins .  Could you give me some pointers?  I'd some Finzi and Amy Beech....

got a plastic thing in shaker, but shaker is made for another brand, might  use bowl so can use a whisk @Bunniekins

@Bunniekins always remain POSITIVE. Get some little sayings that suit you. I look in the mirror each morning and believe that I have self-acceptance and self-worthand understand that I am worthy of love, respect, and all of the good things that life has to offer, just as I am.  I have several others which help.my mental illness.  Keep in contact with me. Texting you is really helping me
