Hey @Oaktree, thanks for asking.

Its been a hard week actually but I am in bed resting and watching some of my favourite channels on Youtube. I do feel a bit unsettled and sad with seeing a new member go through what she is going through. I too have felt I couldnt go on anymore and at times life can be trigger by events and you feel very overwhelmed and challenged again. But I am ok considering all that is going on.

Hi,

I travel slowly and try not to have big days. But having said that I have done some big days due to poor planing and I seem to have some muscle memory or something like that which makes riding distances easier.
