Thank you. I've joined to seek some support as I care for a young adult with severe OCD (also AuDHD, cPTSD with recent discussions around BPD too). Hoping to connect with other people who either care for, or have their own lived experiences in any of these areas. Thanks for providing this forum!

Sorry to be a downer, but it has been a very tough week for me and the people I care for. We're having an intervention today to get my partner some support after a major suicidal episode last night. Feeling very stressed and worried. Trying to take some joy in the things I like though. My apologies if that is a bit heavy for a first message haha. Just trying to be honest.

Looking forward to getting some support and community from these forums 🙂
