It's nice to e-meet you all. I've been struggling with my mental health since I was a young child and been through the system many times. Hoping to try and meet people who've had similar experiences and maybe find some way to stop going round in circles with my health. It's been a rigmarole.

Well if you are interested to hear about coping with mental health, you are definitely in the right place @Hopefulwings 

All the members here have their own stories of survival through mental health.

As for managing on the DSP, there are many who are on the DSP, are interested to be on the DSP or have been on the DSP. You can even start a discussion on it if you are interested. Let us know if you need help with strating a new discussion 🙂

@tyme I have schizoaffective disorder and I'm on an [name of medication edited by moderator] injection ones a month. So far, the injection is very effective on me. I'm curious to know about those that are on an injection how are they finding it.
