Oh right @Shaz51  didn’t find the post from boomer. Had to make another trip to the toilet got the runs. Took a harsh laxative cause the painkillers I was using for my back, neck and headache clogged me up. Paying for it now. Drinking lots of fluids. Hoping it stabilizes soon. Need to go do my bafk and neck exercises but so tired I can’t get motivated.
