had to make appt for bloods today , used to be walkins , head spinning just about. Same with superannuation forms, cant get it right and done 20 times before ugh

heading to bigtown, try and do some shopping before bloods

body okfrom gym still except over stretched b4 and lower back hating me for it also feel been punched in stomach cos abs so weak and yes, been doing core  yee ha

Yes @TAB  - I went to bed in 2nd half, was knackered. But the Swans looked good at that point...apparently all went to shit from there!!! (At least I hadn't done the mission to the game with a couple of my mates!)

I starred w bloods today. its appointment only. i rang yest. they said full. I went online and thought 'what are they on about here's appt for saturday. was next saturday. got a bot of 'i told you so from person at counter too , who was person spoke to on ph, who was person who did my bloods few days ago. world getting a bit small  lol

no news on super, hasnt gone through I know that much as pension account not closed.
