thanks @Meowmy just been chasing up referrals for ultra sound on thyroid and lung test.

so like 4 phone calls,1 result, have booking for ultra sound,have to check mail/wait til monday for other one. just made some kindling,chopping up whats left of a pallet lol.

cat has gone to neighbors/real owners. its eye has been bad for a while now, its weeping a lot and it keeps it closed most of the time. hope it gets better. I cant afford vet.

yair dr been seeing thinks he's House,not solved it yet re constant cough, had chest scan, bloods,new hooter that workers for 2 weeks then stops ( got a new one, same thing happened) stops working. 

anyhoo old person shite

got myself some porterhouse and rest of ingredients for half decent ceasar salad. was thinking @RSe L but not when coughing hey. might have a few waters hey. 😋 @Bill16

ohh if you have been through REal estate a bit, just set it for new properties only now @Bill16 I used to run it in forward, reverse re time on mkt, etc sometimes miss things

but if youre settled on an area (give or take) just go and see agents, then prob only dealing w a few people, make sure to tell them its Cash. money talks if seller in a hurry. pre-approval means jack . I had a few times, then if got more serious they would re-do it for $100k less,plus takes time unless swimming in money and got security just sayin.
