Re: Night Shift

Hi @Bunniekins I know it can be frustrating to get that message, but the good news is that it's already been released on to the forums.

While our new overnight mods are being trained up we have been needing to hold posts from midnight to 6am as we don't currently have any one to cover that time period and need to ensure that our community is kept safe during that time. For more information on this we have this thread: IMPORTANT UPDATE!!! Temporary Overnight Moderation... - SANE Forums

Fortunately for all, the latest update suggests that this will be over soon and we should have our new overnight mods starting around the middle of this month, though for more updates to this please see the above thread.

Thanks everyone for your patience in the meantime, we all appreciate it greatly!

Re: Night Shift

off to shop for food. Imade mashed potato last night as was bored ,so when eat it , it will have less carbs or something re twice warmed

''Twice-cooked potatoes, meaning potatoes that are cooked, cooled, and then reheated, can offer increased resistant starch, which can be beneficial for gut health and blood sugar management. The cooling process allows some of the starch to convert to resistant starch, which acts like fiber and is not fully digested in the small intestine. This can lead to improved gut health by feeding beneficial bacteria and may also help regulate blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity''

Re: Night Shift

Dear @Bunniekins missed you. Very glad to see you. Enjoy your day with family. Hugs

This site has many irrational quirks. I am suspecting there has been dodgy programming in the past. Maybe to tidy up, supposedly, loose ends of threads? Maybe it makes current software changes a little erratic, as it’s not on stable foundations. It also shows up weirdly in irregularities in my notifications. I no longer take it personally, but it is all various levels of frustrating.

Re: Night Shift

@PeppyPatti  Good morning. How are you today? I’m sorry I couldn’t respond last night and it’s taken a while today. When I click to get to this forum chat the conversation doesn’t load up for me. It’s taken ages to get it to work.

Re: Night Shift

Good morning @Bill16

How are you.

What’s your plan for the day?

I have a couple of things on. Psychologist visit and then blood bank in the late afternoon.
