I didnt go to gym after all and rang and got DES appt changed to phone. Think going to have to get a sick certificate.I just layed in bed since 9am , slept mostly , had nightmares, got heot, turned heat off then just got up cos cold , guess. Cat has been away for days,first time since used to go to course. saw it twice yest ,once in evening and early morning demanding to be fed, then it left again straight away. went outside to look one time and it was across the road going into garage at vacant house.must live there with other cats,saw pics on realestate site think that one or one next which is also vacant has lots old sheds so cats parardise,guess.not going out today,think made myself depressed

@TAB   Oooh I love the batgirlcycle. A flying carpet would be very nice too lol go for a nice cruise in good weather.
