yeah, DES pretty much given up on me,plus theyare starting to get a bit particular about what jobs I apply for @Cuddlebear so think its time for a sick cert. I tried to do the right thing by them. they did nothing. I'm not playing anymore lol

@TAB Yes DES don’t do much to actually get the type of job you want. They just make you turn up to appointments but don’t do anything. I am on disability pension so don’t have to go there anymore. Yes a sick certificate will give you a break from them. Good idea.

Are you mandated to attend or optional? Can you opt to change to another provider?
A sick leave certificate sounds a good idea esp if you are not coping with job seeking currently and/or the process with them is exacerbating things.
Is there a way I can help support you through this from afar?

I used to be on sick certs for years. then I went off them while studying last year and not had one in ages but its time @Cuddlebear

I already changed providers and its regional , so not much choice @AlwaysMyself
yes, I have to attend despite being over 60 and work capacity assessed at 15hours a week

just had bowl of home made lamb peas barley veg soup. think made it monday. nearly gone. I'm going to make bed ,have quick look at tv, if nothing on,I'm going back to bed😊

thanks @Meowmy had shower, was slippery as left cleaner on floor yest and hadnt scrubbed it. nearly fellover ,ugh.
anyway,am showered ,dressed and about to go to shops
