@TAB thanks Tabby, yes, I am going well. I have finally let go of the past in relation to ex friend and it's so liberating. I feel lighter and dare I say it out loud? - Happier!

All I need now is a magic genie to grant me 3 wishes.

The first wish would be for someone to cook dinner for me ha ha ha!
