if under a few days any loss usually mostly fluid @plasmo tape measure can be better. I did gutbuster in 90s , dropped a heap. old GP they said dropped twice what I did, showed me their belt loops. they did 2 main things. can of baked beans and hour walk every day lost like 8-10 inches off waist.
anyway tried everything in my own way last few years and got nowhere. Bacon is addictive. never used to eat it. anyways see how physio goes tomorrow, if can get exercise up. Cant hurt. Instead of walking like a week here then having a week to a month off as back sore.
living on packet soups atm. if get hungry, have one, not much good in them, but hot and filling. add a bit of chili. might help lol
Going to take meds and crash here. have to be out the door in just under 6 hours at latest . so rather try and spend as much of what's left asleep lol

hey @plasmo did evaluation thing for physio, height weight walk as far as can in 6mins, getting up out of chair , chest, back and legs. grip strength same as ever , she said cos age am in top 5% for grip strength lol I said must be the workout i get using tv remote
slept 2 hours already, not sure how long up for. got pool session w physio tomorrow. pool hard to book they say hence multiple trips. going to try and claim for travel, should be $40 a pop lol
