@TAB  The Chokito bar itself is not so different (as far as I can recall). Apparently they use real chocolate not compound as was in the old one. They've gone all classy on us! lol

just got back from Pirie here @Oaktree  had to rush to toilets twice . not ideal when out and about. Anyway all's well that ends well.

supposed to be meeting someone for gym induction thing this afternoon. Going to join local community gym,its 24hrs and dirt cheap $150/year for concession

That is an unusual request @Glisten! But yes when I want to release something from my life I do shamanic fire ceremony during a full moon. The full moon represents a completion cycle. I usually chant and prime the flame with oil and releasing things I no longer want before the fire. I think you could always ask someone who is a pagan on when and how to utilise something like a banishing ceremony.

If not you could always check out Etsy which is a type of cottage industry store that sells in addition to handmade items all kinds of spiritual services/kits for this very purpose. They could guide you on how to do this by buying an affordable and downloadable kit with guidance.
