@StuF my bro and I have the same warped sense of humour, much to mum's chagrin at times. She'll roll her eyes and mutter "it's not from my side of the family" which of course makes bro and I misbehave even more.
Given that neither of us ever married or had kids we really only have each other to torment!

Maybe you need to sleep for a while longer ?
Good for @ENKELI mental health daily
Getting free phonecall councelling from bullying at your work ?
1. Get it Out of Your Head.
Right now, the experience is a chaotic mess of thoughts and feelings inside your mind. The first step is to get it out. Write down what happened, like you're creating a timeline.
Me thinks you can possibly feel it's more manageable if you write this when your ready ?
Re-read Your Own Resume.
Sweetheart @ENKELI just some ideas -
Make a factual list of your skills, achievements, and qualifications. This isn't about cheering yourself up; it's a rational process of reminding yourself of the objective truth of your value, it's a bit like being very positive of your skills ?

Recovery is not linear
One step at a time. I'm reading this for myself
