@Appleblossom here in the west we won't be celebrating the birthday of HRH until September. We just had Foundation/WA Day last Monday so the government once upon a time thought it prudent to have the royal birthday later in the year. 
Good to know it's Monday though, in case I need to call an eastern states business on Monday 😁

@Bill16 I thought I'd take a look over the mansion and tell the maids to polish the silver. Let the chef know he needs to prepare Terducken for dinner and make sure the equine groom as tended to the stable of horses. 😁

What I'll really be doing is far less interesting, I'm going to connect my VHS/DVD player to the TV and maybe watch a movie. Woot woot!

@Dreamy hey dreamy, MI is serious, very isolating , so vividly terrifying , vulnerable, and close to horrifying deaths. Praise God that tonight we are safely home in a warm room and have something to eat.

@Dreamy I'm the same. Although my brother lives with me he spends his time in his study on his computer so I might as well be living alone.

Sometimes it's nice, other times not so much. I hope you have something to look forward to, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem to others.

had a visitor with an electric car today. He is proud of his car. Hoping costs come down, but not holding my breath that I will ever be able to afford one.

glad I am not as isolated as I was when I started on this forum.

@Meowmy yes it is. I find only those that have gone through it can truly understand it and show compassion towards others that are going through it. Yes i have a roof over my head and I'm warm enough, not so much having something to eat though.
