@Dreamy  Yes it’s such a big job. So many things need to be done. I have to go to shops today for a few supplies. Just going nearby and have a friend taking me. My support worker normally works Friday but wasn’t available today. Are you going to be potting around at home today?

@Cuddlebear I've had to move house several times and yes there's always so much to do, just take it one step at a time, you've got this sweet. Hope the shopping trip goes ok, glad your friend is able to take you. Today I'm just resting, not able to do much else at the moment.

@Dreamy  Yes it’s good my friend can take me. It’s going to rain here so having a lift instead of bus really helps. 

Im glad you are resting. It’s so important to recovery. I’ve been doing the same as much as I can. At least with getting ready to move I don’t have to go running about and can be home doing bit by bit.

Doing things bit by bit is the best way to go about moving. When do you officially move?

@Dreamy  I officially move 25 August. I have to hand keys in to old place on 1 September. It’s going to be a big day on moving day. Will just set up basic stuff in new place on moving day and get the old place sorted so can hand keys in. Removalist’s will come 8:30am so will be a huge day and pretty sure I’ll be buggered. Hoping it’s a sunny day making the move easier than if it’s raining. But you never know in Victoria lol the weather is all over the place. 

Have you lived where you are a while? Is there a park nearby for you and Caspar to enjoy?

@Cuddlebear 10 days to go, fingers crossed for a nice day so the moving goes smoothly. Glad you have removalists helping, when I've moved it's been done by trailer loads or hiring a small truck. 

I've been in the same place for 8 years now. There's an oval just across from me but I haven't taken Casper there yet, it's usually occupied by people playing sports.

@Dreamy  That’s awesome you’ve been at your home 8 years. It’s a huge relief not having to move and having a good stable home. Ah yes I see re oval and having sports there. There’s multiple parks nearby for me but one of them has sport on all the time so don’t use that one. It’s kids sports plus adult soccer and adult baseball. Gets used all year round. Have you watched any shows or movies lately? Any recommendations?

@Appleblossom  You’ve had a busy day! It’s so good you meditate. Do you use an app or do it on your own? Sounds like you’ll be having a relaxing social Friday today that’s great. 

I really appreciate the online support. I don’t really have many people that I can even chat to and I get very lonely at home. The biggest social thing for me is the chats here and they make a huge difference.
