@Sparky79   yes i know what you mean re life's lessons.  oh i am getting better.  it has been a nasty bug.  apparently we are in for another cold snap so we will see how that goes.  what are you up to today? i have ex coming over with middle son for dinner which is always great to see them both. 🙂

Muse vaguely rings a bell from when last tried to watch Rage @Bunniekins  dont get me started on health lol. I'll just say 

• trying to drink more water
• trying to eat more veg
• trying to eat less junk
• wearing stockings

However.

now brief stabbing pain lower back, like on and off.prob 8x yest , doing very little and not same thing everytime. Drs making it hard for me to get pain meds. So just have to put up with it guess. someones got to split firewood today and there's only me lol. Will try and spread it out over the day, maybe 3 goes at it.

Anyway Hope thing not too bad for you.Going back to bed here. got up for breakfast and first shower since thursday maybe lol. I was rank.
