@Meowmy  just spoke w dr finally . I said just had a thought (pause) then I said am thinking Scarlet Pimpernel as in they seek him here, they seek him there re missed calls . he had a good laugh lol

just got to put bin out then hydration think.  physio was not so chatty today, guess I was too busy exercising to talk.

oh , she said am looking better I think. The dietician did as well lol
