I'm sorry that you've been dealing with a head cold! But I've never heard of serotonin syndrome. 

It felt good to do something normal today, just going and doing my old routine and seeing the friends I've made at the various little stores. 

The place I've been selling my bracelets, the owner wants me to run a workshop... I mean that's HUGE... but I am keen... considering where I've come from... the pain that resulted my jewellery making used to bring me... God really does bring good out of the pain... Romans 8:28 has played out in my homelessness...

Hopefully Tuesday, I reckon she'll take my cosy little blanket nest over her cushion!
