Not had one yet . think its tv time.I need lollies and chips, but aint going out.maybe a coffee lol  ooh  maybe drag my sorry @rse to shop and get a frozen pizza .some mcCains are pretty good

Re: Night Shift

@TAB   Don’t be hard on yourself. You fixed all the things up so you could do them in a way it gets done. Sleeping in is ok it can help rest the body and even heal a bit too. I have 3 cats one of them when younger would sometimes go off on a holiday and come back. Sounds like yours is coming home for feeds which is good. I don’t know what they get up to the cats but is stressful if they are out too long. You know I really like how you are trying your best and doing things despite it being hard to do. I really admire that about you.

Yeah go shop get a nice McCain pizza they are good. Which topping do you like? I like ham, cheese and pineapple.

I got some bad news the other day about my heart might have problem and someone here today putting me down. I do my best to do things like other people but disability means I can’t always do the things. They talk to me like I’m worthless and hurts my soul. Anyway I’m gonna be ok …

I don’t know if you want to talk about the alcohol but all I can say is for you to know I don’t judge anyone. I have a lot of compassion for people drinking or taking drugs. It usually is from trauma and pain and doesn’t make someone a bad person.

Re: Night Shift

..I went and set fire for later filled up my diesel bottles, and split some wood.Had to stop as dehydrated plus dicky ticker @Cuddlebear lol

yes,its a boy cat @Cuddlebear  was a stray,so it  has been wild and knows its way around nearly every yard in street plus crosses main road ,saw it twice at least . Cant help worrying sometimes. it got badly hurt couple times recently. Had a hole through underside of its jaw think thru to mouth,it couldnt eat for while ,took months to heal properly,I disinfected it a few times, then scab would get knocked off.most recent one was its eye.I had a cat with one eye once, didnt seem to bother it. it wept badly and made cat sneeze from all liquid going into nose.seems mostly fixed now, so he;s gone feral again.Couple times he was away for 8 days. pretty sure was shut inside somewhere; had lost a lost of weight and muscle and took forever to put it back on.He's happy I guess.

aw topping depends on type of pizza for me.. works with cheapo frozen thin crust ones, the less toppings the better, cos more of actual toppings not like 5 pieces of some things in a 'lot' um going to be good and leave that. playing with wood, heater and diesel has got my blood pumping lol.

Gosh,do you mean putdowns on this site ?

I have high BP,atrial fibrillation, need to lose a tonne of w eight put on mainly over last 5 years. cant seem to crack it anymore. 10x harder than 10 years ago say.

oh, prob rather not talk about drink unless you drink.

phew ..

Re: Night Shift

@TAB  Wow I can’t chop wood even when I had my sight. I did try but I was so crap at it lol. Not enough strength. I could light a decent fire though. I love sitting around a fire and chatting and eating. Sounds like you are all sorted for tonight. You will be hungry for the pizza soon with all the physical work.

I didn’t know you had heart problems. I already have peripheral artery disease or PAD for short which affects the leg arteries. I had a massive bypass surgery and part foot amputation because of that disease. Now I take a lot of medicines and have regular checks because big problem with clots. A lot of people with PAD also get heart affected. My GP put me on medicine a couple days ago for high heart rate and high blood pressure. It might be caused from anxiety and complex PTSD. But he is sending me for heart test to see if it is something else just in case. I got a dress heart test coming up, ECG and blood tests. I know about little about atrial fibrillation and high blood pressure. Are you on medicine too? I’m in early 50’s and these things have hit hard since turning 50. I worry a lot about it. Do you worry?

Sounds like kitty is very used to being out and going for wander. It’s very kind and awesome you have adopted him. Mine are from local animal shelter and all are over 10 years old.

Nah the put downs not from the forum. From someone here at my house.

I don’t drink.

Im having tuna tonight for dinner with some salad. Cheap and easy.

Re: Night Shift

@TAB @Bill16 @StuF hey cool friends, just got home from batgirlcycle ha. Sick of my cousins. Need new friends to go out with ha ha. Hope you're all okay

Re: Night Shift

well in reverse order, enjoy your tuna, Good on you for not drinking, my family all alcoholics, just someare more disciplined than others. Mum was in womens christian temperance union. her sister and brother were both alcoholics despite raising families and kids all done well etc. yes my last cat was from shelter. had her for like 12 years. poor thing I moved house like 4 times at least and had others look after her at times when I went away for work. didnt see her much at second place lived at. she loved it there. would walk past me in the street, like who are you ? were lots of trees and gardens. was like 25metres from really major rd, but I just assumed she would never go there.

yeah got food here that needs to be eaten, will go shopping after all tomorrow, not like an appt,if cough, just duck down another aisle lol and keep moving ha ha

..I am made out of worry. I try and bury it. I'm nearly 63 and been to hosp more in last 5 years than rest of my life put together. yes, meds for BP,meds for heart rate, blood thinners, fluid , thyroid etc.  yes , health went downhill after like 52 but BP was going up around 58yrs  also heart worries.went for scan, got told to go to emergency, they gave me a letter and I drove myself. didnt sound good, but was still bit taken aback when dr in emergency said didnt you know you could have died at any time ?so had a few days in hosp, lots more tests, found thyroid problem.eventually had operation . my feet getting sort of numb last year, I get cuts and splinters and dont feel them, could fee dr tapping my foot when mentioned it to them, but have seen giant splinter hanging out of foot. No pain.  sortof related to bad circulation/nerve damage  I had cellulitis a few months ago. they kept me in hosp for 7 days in the end,as infection would not stablise. they ended up giving me meds [edited by moderator] for pain yes, am worried about losing toes/feet. stupid thing is if could get this weight off would fix just about everything, yet I cant.

one last note. - I am now taking meds for side effects of other meds that have really bad side effects and are not supposed to be taken long term ugh

I finally got compression stockings that should have got 20 plus years ago,but have really let exercise go and have backpain that is stopping even walking atm

The End.
